At California Pizza Kitchen, Paul Pszybylski’s focus is on new menu development in the United States, as well as supporting CPK’s franchise partners around the world. He also works closely with Nestlé’s development team to create new California Pizza Kitchen Oven Ready Pizzas. Paul has worked as a senior research chef for Kraft foods creating new retail products throughout it’s vast portfolio. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Ottawa, Canada, where he studied pastry and savory foods. In 2006, Paul was selected as a United Nations Ambassador and spent time in Vietnam teaching western culinary skills in a nonprofit school north of Hanoi. Throughout his career, Paul has worked in multiple restaurants across the country including the French Quarter in New Orleans, Chicago and now in southern California.
